Hello world!

Welcome to my new website. I’d love to take the credit for getting up and running, but that honour goes to Rob Nichols, of publishers Constable & Robinson, who will be publishing my new book Doing Bird, this April. Thank you Rob. It replaces a site that was antique and a bit rubbish, and tells you about what I do for a living -books, journalism, especially about cars, and videos. Here’s one made for Constable & Robinson’s website.

And a road test for the Independent.

With Sarkozy, one of my flock, I’ll be appearing at these bookshops, to promote Doing Bird.

Clapham Bookshop (April. 4th from 6.30pm. Talk and signing),

Waterstones, Tenterden High Street, Tenterden, Kent. Saturday, April 20th, 12-4pm (signing).

David’s Bookshop, Letchworth, Herts. 7.00pm, Friday May 10th (talk and signing), Saturday May 11th (signing).
